Women of the Cloth: Celebrating the Textures of Our Lives
A Clergy Retreat for Women
Friday, April 9, 2010 - Saturday, April 10, 2010
Pallotine Renewal Center, Florissant, MO
This retreat has two goals: to offer busy clergy women an opportunity for relaxation and spiritual renewal, and to engage them in conversation about vocation and gender.  Our retreat facilitator, Professor Karla Scott, Ph.D., teaches gender studies at St Louis University. She will lead us in three half hour topics followed by conversation around gender issues.  There will be lots of opportunities for fun too!  Tea Party, Massage and Spa, Yoga, and a PJ party with The Rev. Emily Bloemker. This month she was featured on What Not To Wear.  Come see her clergy style and watch the program with her!  We'll renew our spirits with worship and prayer. Our closing celebration will feature the Rev. Traci Blackmon of Christ the King, UCC.  This is a weekend you don't want to miss!  Download a brochure and mail in your registration ASAP!
