Your tax-deductible contribution will be utilized
for the charitable purposes of the Missouri Mid-South Conference of
the United Church of Christ. We are a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt entity
and contributions are fully deductible for federal income tax purposes
to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You can help support the Outdoor Ministries
Program of the Missouri Mid-South by making a small donation to go
to the general operating budgets for both Camp Mo-Val and/or
Shannondale. Please designate which fund you are giving to
when you complete the forms.

a notation on the memo line designating what program you wish your
contribution to be directed to.
