Welcome!
Welcome to the online resource for Yearbook Reports! I hope that
this web site helps you navigate the process. Here's a brief
introduction to Yearbook Reports in case you are new to them.
What is a Yearbook?
The
Yearbook is an essential resource that clergy and lay leaders
keep at their fingertips year-round. In it, each church in our
entire denomination is listed, along with statistics like
membership number and contact information.
Collecting information for the yearbook helps our national
church evaluate the strength of our numbers and the scope of our
mission.
Why fill out Yearbook Reports?
Filling out these reports is the only way that your regional
Conference office or the national office will be able to update
their data about your membership numbers, your officers, and
other information.
To whom may we address questions or concerns?
Please contact the Conference office. Leslie will answer your
questions.
How do we fill out Yearbook Reports?
The entire process is outlined in
this letter. You should
receive this letter along with a packet of information at the
beginning of 2010.
Why are there two Form Gs in the Resource column?
There are two ways to fill out Form G: one, through the online
system, and two, on paper. You do not need to do both! |
